Our mission is to accelerate the development of Georgia’s tech startup ecosystem by facilitating Smart Money investments in the most promising Georgian entrepreneurs.

About us
Axel is a joint initiative by Startup Büro and Kedari Ventures.

Startup Büro is the key supporter of Georgia's startup ecosystem. The Büro works closely with the private and public sectors to design and implement hackathons, business bootcamps, incubation, pre-acceleration and acceleration programs, community meetups, trainings, and conferences, in addition to other skill-building and capacity development programs for entrepreneurs, innovators, and creatives.

Kedari Ventures is a Georgian VC fund established to invest in and to develop startups with scalable business models. Currently, Kedari’s fast growing portfolio includes 15 companies.

In the framework of the European Union's and the World Bank's joint program “Georgia: Increasing Capacity for Innovation (GICI)”, Axel’s members are participating in a 9-month-long “Learn-by-doing” program to deepen the network’s expertise in key aspects of investing in startups.
Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency's (GITA) main role is to support high-value added job creation, innovative and tech startup establishment and development, enhancing private sector competitiveness through ICT absorption, innovation integration and promotion of R&D commercialization.

Grant Thornton Georgia, a member of Grant Thornton International, is a multi-professional group of public accountants and auditors, specialist advisers in finance, business and management, as well as tax and legal advisers.

Kudos Georgia is a member of Kudos International Network that unites firms with a strong interest in audit quality and is represented in 40 countries.
As a leading auditing company, Kudos offers a full range of services related to financial review performed in accordance with the established rules of auditing of financial statements.
EBAN is the pan European association for business angels and other early-stage investors uniting over 150 member organizations in more than 50 countries. Since December 2021, Axel is a member of EBAN and part of EBAN's Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) community.
